I think it's more of getting over the fact that this person has this opinion and someone else has this opinion.

Rampaging over it is a little... ridiculous, especially if they are not trolling, enforcing an opinion, or rampaging onward with it.

People overreact too much and it causes the topic to explode.

In my opinion, people just need to chill the hell out.
