Except i need some way to convert them to OGG. format all i have
are high quality MP3's that take like 5-8 MB per song and that
would really slow down the program running

This can really help with that. Click the "get it now" button for a free, perfectly functional piece of software that can convert almost any kind of audio file. : D

Deey what kind of music would you like?

or at least tell me the file name formats and ect.

Like would i have to name (insertmp3here) to certain (filename). after it?

And how many bg's, themes, and types of music do you need?
