Umm... I can't say I know an idiot proof way to tell a girl that you like her, but I can tell you that this won't work.
I guess it should come naturally, and if you really feel the urge to tell her, then tell her how it is. Be prepared to get an unpleasant answer and you'll be fine.
Expect the worst, hope for the best and take what comes. You won't die if she says she doesn't like you that much.

From experience (not mine, others) if you tell a girl you like her straight out, and she doesn't like you the same way, then your relationship changes, and I don't want that to happen.

Also, sure your relationship changes, but it will return to normal after some time, probably even improve.

School ends on wednesday, going to my dad's house, he lives quite far away, then going on holiday for two weeks then staying at my dad's house for another week and then home again the last two weeks.

I don't see her outside of school really.
