Honestly, I think that the CCC is being over-modded. For the first time in my life, I was actually afraid to post there today, because now I have no clue what's banworthy and what isn't, and what qualifies as spam. I came to MFGG for very little reason at first, but when I started getting into the community, everything here became more fun - a lot because of the PPP, where anybody could post anything they want (obviously not porn or something but that's a given) and just have a good time. Now, we can't even post reaction images in a topic about them? I just don't get it! What harm are they doing, who doesn't like it, what's the problem? Same with troll ratings - yeah, they shouldn't be posted during serious discussions, but in the CCC, who cares? They're not causing any kind of disturbance at all, and the fact that someone can be instantly banned for such a small thing is ridiculous.

Personally (which probably means nothing but still), I think this place needs to lighten up a lot. Everything is getting way too serious when it's completely better off being relaxed.

And don't take this post as dissing the administration, I think they're doing a great job and have some of the best members here involved. I just think things are starting to become overly dramatic because of unnecessary things.

I don't really go to message boards much anymore. I post on a couple gaming news sites and political blogs, and I'm trying to start my own, but I've kind of left the message board circuit. I've found that having a nice group of friends and a life outside the Internet is a lot more fun.

fair enough, you know I don't really HATE this place, I just wanna see every thing through and if it ever gets worked out,
MFGG is a good time sink on a good day, a bad one when the time's spent debating dramatics like this, but it's still a community,
the only people who I hear say "if you don't like it leave" are usually mods, ex-mods, or wannabe mods. I've yet to see someone like tri say it actually, or someone like ryoga.. or Delly! sometimes when someone doesn't like something they've known for a long time, GASP they wanna try and suggest ways to possibly MAKE IT BETTER!

but I'm gonna totally dig up old news,

How cool did the trial member system seem?

How well did it go down?

How fair was it? :V

Members can have good ideas too, but the mods have yet to really show they're listening sometimes,
last time we got specifically what we wanted was when BS fixed the trial members since they were just HAND PICKED FOR QUALITY by him anyways.
