I'm thinking Heatran and Celebi, for some reason.

I was considering Heatran too, and luckily I can SR for one now that I have a Modest Synchronizer and a Master Ball. Hidden Power Ice or Fighting?

But where the hell am I going to get a Celebi? Even if I manage to find one, chances are it won't be usable in battle.

Do you have any access to Shaymin at all?

I have Timid TRU Shaymin with great IVs thanks to Ashura!
