No I mean when you walk, when you hit a 16x16 square when still trying to move you stop for a frame ad continue on. As for the bbbbbbbbb I meant the sound repeats without it stopping.

That's part of the pokemon starter pack, don't expect a perfect pokemon engine in RPG Maker.
