GUARANTEED next day delivery. even got the insurance on the delivery. They couldent find our house, Gave them directions, Scheduled to meet them at a location we both knew so we could show them. (they never showed) they promised us they would refund us if the crickets were dead. took them 2 months to get it here, and ONLY because they MAILED it. the crickets were of course, dead.. starved to death... we tried to get our refund, and the **** at the other end literally told us to shove it up our asses and hung up. no...DHL is bad news.... at least UPS can find places...
