I like HL2 and all.
Good plot.

But my gods I had zombie games and games where aliens don't have a humanoid figure. It just gives me the shivers.
I am currently in Ravenholm and the annoying thing is is that I can't find ammo very often. My pistols are empty. My SMG is empty. My shotgun has six shots in it. All I have otherwise is the Ggun, the Crowbar, and grenades.
And now, more and more of those fast little ****ers keep coming out of nowhere.

Well it takes five headshots with the M9 for a basic zombie. One-two with the .357 Magnum if it is a headshot.
I never counted the SMG because it was a panic weapon.
And it is hard to nail a headshot on the fast ****ers and the ones that fling headhumpers at you.

you can take out a regular zombie with one or two pistol shots

use the crowbar for headcrabs

and for the fast ones, back up against a wall and shotgun; it's basically an insta-kill

also did you use any of the traps?

And poison zombies I generally use explosives on

Hero disease

How to Ravenholm:

1. Gravity Gun
2. Kill everyone

or you can NOT be a ***** and use a gun

Or play the game using only the crowbar

because if you can blow up a tank with a crowbar in HL1, you can beat a zombie with one.

He has a headcrab stuck in his throat

He has a form of paranoia, which makes it so he thinks that the enemy is always near him so he never speaks in fear of giving himself away.

He takes some BAAAAD drugs that makes him see stuff like 'GMan' and 'Zombies', 'Black Mesa', 'Headcrabs', 'Combines', ect. and the drugs broke his voice so he's afraid to speak because his voice sounds so funny.

No srsly, the GMan took his voice because he had no own voice(so that's why GMAn talks so funny like he has not too much expreience in speaking) and in return, he rescues Gordon Freeman from time to time.

EHHHHHHHHHHHHH??? E Z MODO????

btw use the gravity gun to zap headcrabs (3 zaps usually does the trick), and use it to pick up saw blades, barrels, whatever and throw them at zombies. Save shotgun ammo for when you're holding the line against fast zombies on the roof.

I normally do use the crowbar on the headcrabs if they break free.

I just aim for the head, but the problem is that if it gets close, it is harder to hit. Not to mention it just freaks me out.

I've used the cars and the spinning blades.

I use my grenades for those and for rooms filled with zombies.



I am on the part where he tells me that I went the wrong way.

Do not rely on weapons. Use the gravity gun to pick up objects and punt them at the bodies of zombies.

btw when the grating breaks near the window and Grigori tells you you went the wrong way, you can just run up the broken grating to the window. I didn't know this at first and I thought I really was going the wrong way, so I was like "OH GOD THEN WHERE DO I GOOOO"

I would if I could find objects to fling before they start hitting me.

And it isn't like I turned around and looked for a new place. I did go that way.
But I still have to go through another area.

There are objects everywhere. Most of the time until the rooftop, you can just ignore zombies because they're so slow.

Normal mode

also ryoga they have rooms full of objects that they give you before zombies show up

Then I guess I suck at looking fast enough.

I wish you could pick up a dead body and fling it or just flat out zap a zombie.
It would make things a bit easier.
