Reactive.

It lights up under a black light, its for glowing effects.

Its far from radioactive.

I said radioactive because it's going to "glow" under a black light, I didn't misread your post.

Here's a question. Why? People aren't going to be dragging black lights around.

I display it with the black light at hand.

I do this on paper.

Wait, if you do that all you're going to end up with is a drawing that's maybe a bit glowy but looks crappy because it has a blacklight on it.

Also unless you work under a blacklight it's going to be really hard to figure colours out for your piece (not that you'd have a massive choice of colours anyway).

And why not just draw it in highlighter?

This isn't stopping anybody doing anything, he can do it if he wants to. All we're doing is pointing out that:

a)There are easier ways to get the same effect.
b)The effect won't be all that great anyway.

The only reason this escalated beyond even a single post was because you guys somehow confused advice with a demand. Let's just leave it here; we've given our two cents, you've said whatever it was that you said for whatever reason you said it.
