No his mother was a wastelander iirc.

Also in fallout 3 there is two brotherhoods, one is the evil one and one is the one who wants to help the wastelanders.

Mom and dad of the pro are both wastelanders.

Enclave wants to kill anyone or anything that isn't pure strain (mainly humanoids).

Brotherhood wants to eradicate super mutants.

Outcasts are out on their own because the brotherhood don't like 'em no more. They're not "evil."

Vaults not protecting humanity is found within Fallout 3 at some point. FEV tidbit isn't, though.

especially because if you then download Broken Steel, all ghouls and supermutants are dying but all Wastelanders, Raiders, etc. are fine.
