I'm still seeing a lot of problems with this picture. You should form a habit of flipping your pictures occasionally. Most artists have a self-serving bias when it comes to their own artwork; they tend to think that their own artwork is better than it actually is (this applies to me lol). By flipping the picture, the artist can find mistakes in his/her work that he/she didn't realize before because that bias is removed for a very short period. The artist will no longer see it as his/her own artwork and can realize the problems associated with it.

I flipped your picture horizontally. Can you find any mistakes?

Flipping doesn't really work when you draw it on regular paper. :3

I don't really understand how that could really help you ether. :/
Just taking the time to look at your drawing the way you drew it is pretty much all you really have to do.

Your eyes adjust to seeing things done a certain way, flipping it from the position you drew it in may draw your attention to something you missed.

That's what I am gathering from his post.

It does work, but only for a short period of time (like around 5-10 seconds).
