There is an issue with this logic. While I do too think there are people who really should never have kids in the first place, any push to control population expansion could be bad. There are many consipracy theorists such as myself who think the financial elite are indeed planning on implementing some form of population control / reduction. whether it be the swine flu vaccines, a dirty bomb, world war 3, or some other catastrophic manmade disaster.

To simplify: while mandating some sort of exam or evaluation process to permit those who meet the requirments to have children would probably benefit us in the long run. It could be used against the general public.

What I meant is that you should take the precaution, or others should tell you, not have a certain regulation put in place.

Women with HIV/AIDS have just as much of a right to have children as anyone else as long as they are responsible.

they can "have children" in the possessive sense (see: adoption)

they should not be allowed in the biological sense

and if they think that's unnecessary and cruel -- they can whine about it to homosexuals, who are unable to do that, unless they're some transgender freak but i really don't want to go into detail on how i feel about that

most religions don't mind since this will include homosexuals etc.
