It represents a total warn amount, like our hearts system from a long, long time ago. It does not represent how long a warning needs to expire.

I can't really hand out any more information until I've made sure the rest of the staff are well-versed in the warn system changes. There's still some confusion, and that means details could still change.

To clarify, Mew was confused and thought that at 100% warn, you would be permanently banned.

I'm under the assumption that the system is nowhere near this strict and mathematical, and that different offenses give different warn %'s, and that 100% is normally a temporary suspension.

I am ... quite used to such a system, let us say, and have no objections.
