What do you think about my drawings

Old, drawn in drawing book, edited on computer drawing. Don't want any comments about this one.

New, all done on computer in MS Paint. (cut out with Paint.net)

Opinions please on what you think should be improved on character, my drawing, and what you think about his color.

I like the black outline better of the two.

It would look better if you kept the outline a consistent width. I also suggest centering the legs underneath his body. It might be a good idea to use less of the ellipse tool, too.

Decent, but as Elyk said, if you happened to use the eclipse tool, try to at least make it not so obvious.

For coloring, you could probably give it a shade, which should be relatively simple. Just define where your light source is (I'd recommend top-left), and shade in such a manner.

Lastly, I think the face could possibly have a small edit, seeing as the torso looks a bit avian in appearance, while also having qualities of a reptile (like a stegosaurus). Maybe make it look more fierce or swift?

Fixed it to looks less like it was made with the eclipse tool. Centered the legs more(I think) I'm always bad when it comes to doing leg positioning/shoes. Also fixed some of the line sizes.

Thanks for your opinions so far. At the end when I finished drawing it, I actually did notice the line sizes where different at some points. I just didn't bother to fix it.

Um, good question. I made him and I don't know. I think he's part bird though.

5 replies to 95 views is an average ratio, I think. Additionally though, some of those views could be repeats of someone looking into the topic (including yourself).

And to be honest, there isn't much to critique or comment on it, as it's more or less, a generic animal-like MS paint reference.

I'd suggest giving him a beak, to make him more bird-like. I'd also possibly change around the colours a bit, make the blue more unique, etc.

I wasn't really planing to put a beak on him. Tried a beak, didn't like it that much. Will change the colors a bit.

Okay, seriously, did anyone not notice that his nose is not in the right place. Except for Elyk and Soiyeruda who posted before the update.
