Participants wanted for the MFGG Football League

NFL and college football (American football, needless to say) will be getting back underway very soon. Also getting underway: the official MFGG football team. Players for this team don't grunt their way through tackling dummies and "Oklahoma" drills; rather, results are determined through computer simulations against other (mostly) fictional teams. If you'd like your name on the roster, just "sign" here. Optionally, you can determine your player number (any number from 1-99 is valid, unlike in real life), your position (quarterback, left outside linebacker, punter, etc.), and even the type of player you want to be (scrambling quarterback, pass-catching fullback, hard-hitting safety, etc.). VinnyVideo reserves the right to change positions and numbers if necessary. Dupe accounts are not acceptable. If more than 53 MFGGers sign on to this, players will be split into two or more teams. As this project goes on, team names (Pirates and Zombies, maybe?) and playing styles (West Coast Offense, 3-4 defense, etc.) should also be determined. Results of games are computer-generated, although it's rumored that posting frequently and sanely will improve the performances of individual players and even of the team as a collective unit. Similarly, banned members will be benched or will have to sit out with "injuries." Permabans mean a trip to the injured reserve list. Games will be played on Thursdays and results will appear when I feel like it. And that's all the rules there are. Hut!

Y'know since I'm not really into sports based forum games I'm probably going to skip this

I hate football! And I am tired of being the only person ever who does!

I like baseball a whole lot better, but apparently no one else does. Whenever Gym Coach decides that we're gonna play baseball that week, everyone moans and whines and I smile.

Also tennis.

But the last thing I am is a terrific athlete, so I don't play sports outside of Gym class.
