They wanna get payed equal, but get treated like women in the workforce.

Oh, and don't forget that they also want the privilege to chat with each other indefinitely instead of working (because they can't help but be inherently more social than men!) and text on their cellphones whenever the boss' back is turned!

I dunno, but I rarely see guys skimping on significantly large amounts of work for talking or texting, and if they do, it's usually during a lull in their schedule. For women, any time that happens to be convenient for them is automatically a "lull." I swear, how many orders I've placed at our student-run, all-female staffed coffee shop that have been screwed up because the bloody girls won't shut up and just do their job.

It's gotten to the point where I will go out of my way just to go to Pomona's store because I know they at least have some male employees to balance out the female ones.

And, yeah, they wonder why they don't get paid more! They're already paid pretty close to equally -- I honestly think that's decent enough considering the sort of work they usually do.

I think pay should reflect individual work.

That way the men and women who deserve it will get payed more than those who don't.

Also a lot of feminists who spend all day *****ing about how they should be payed more instead of actually working will get payed less.
