Hey all, been awhile since I've programmes (again). Sorry for not continuing Defend Your Town, but I need a lof of things for it before I can move on, and half of those MechaSource provides...soooo...yeah kinda obvious.

Anyway, now that I've explained myself, I'd like to present my next production and entry for MGC 50...

BROTHERLY BATTLES

This is a boss battle between "Super" Mario and Mr. L in Brobot, though I may change him to just Luigi.

CONTROLS
Arrow keys: Move
Shift: Spin attack
Control: Swing hammer

Things done:
Scenery (I used Sonic advance stuff since I thought it'd look the best)
Basic movement
Health System for both combatants
Hurt Knockback for Mario
3 attacks for Brobot (may add more if I feel like it)
Hammer attack/defense for Mario
Victory and Death
Credits

Things to do:
Fix any reported bugs

Sorry, just wanted to get out the engine test.

I'll put in the attacks in a day or so. (I'm takin my good sweet time)

Gah, I'm not sure how I would have you attack Brobot though. I'm sure I'll think of something, but right now I need to think, and I'm open to suggestions.

Maybe have Brobot shoot Bob-ombs or any other type of projectile and have Mario deflect it using the Spin Attack?

Anyways, the engine is pretty solid.

Spin attacking into the Brobot will make you invincible until you spin attack or hammer again.

Good game, the fight and the music was great.

Some Flaws I found though:
. Sometimes Mario's voice can overlap itself.
. With correct timing, you can be hit back and still be spinning.
. The F5 and F6 save 'n load thing.

Superb job.

Ah...those I believe are basic flaws. I can fix the loopover thing sure, and the save'n'load.

But I'm not sre about the "recoil spin"
