Same happened to me. It killed my sharing folders, I was sad. Now my BFF and I had a less convenient way of checking each other's essays and so such. :<

aim is cool but new aim is just as god awful as new msn, perhaps with less pointless/annoying bloat and more ****ty interface.

WLM is the only messenger client I consistently use. I've used damn near everything else, and I find they just aren't as Good imho.

And Raie there is a Skinning Thing for Windows Live messenger + for WLM14.

Also My MSN lets me change my colour scheme.

When I hover the mouse in the top-right corner of it a paintbrush appears and if I click it it lets me customize it, including changing the colour scheme.
