If it doesn't exist, then you really only have a single option. Make it yourself.
Engines are nice and all, but you shouldn't necessarily rely on them in order to create a game, as they only downgrade the creation of games to level editing.
Also, why can't you just use one of the already pre-made engines and add in the features you need? Once you experiment with GML a bit, it's actually really simple to implement some of those ideas. You just need to experiment.
On this forum, we're willing to help you fix any codes that produce errors, but if you're asking us for engines or to create you any engines, you'll probably just be directed to ones such as Hello's or UltraMario's engine at best.
You can try the Game Maker Community as well, but they're about the same, in that you either use one of the existing ones on their site, make it yourself, or hope someone makes it in the future.
Basically, if you're serious about it, make the engine yourself.
