I tried to post this yesterday, but the forums went down =\. Small surprise entry for minigame competition #50. I had to work until last minute on this project, as I ended up fairly busy since I started. I know there are a few collision glitches and such. It should not affect the boss gameplay. I know some things in the game aren't exactly, or perhaps, even close to what it is in the original. I didn't have the time nor the resources to make it perfect. Not going to tell what the boss is. Download (4.6MB) - Must extract before play. Controls:Left/Right: Move Up: Look up/shoot up Down: Duck/gound pound (ground pound basically useless) Shift: Jump/hover Z: Tongue A: Shoot egg S: Lock egg direction CreditsSprites:spriters-resource.comDrshnaps Dazz Tonberry2k mfgg.netRazz <3 Sonik A.J. Nitro Sound Effects:mfgg.netRaccoon Sam YI_Fanatic Music:snesmusic.orgzophar.netvgmusic.comTiles:mfgg.netTouch Fuzzy Get Dizzy Background:mfgg.netMr. Malakoopa Surreily Engine:"Simplest" platform engine I could have sworn there was a topic for it on MFGG, but I dunno where it went... I didn't make my own plateform engine cause I always end up messing it up... This post has been edited by Noone on Sep 20 2009, 12:43 PM

| QUOTE (Mecha the Slag @ Sep 20 2009, 05:30 PM) | | actually the rules are you can not use premade work, scripts, engines or equal. But I am going to assume you did not know this and accept the game anyway. But keep this in mind for the next time. |
ACTUALLY, premade scripts are allowed, as long as they aren't the thing defining the game. Let's say somebody makes a platformer, then this guy can use a textbox script or something. If someone makes a text adventure, you can not use a textbox script.
If premade scripts wouldn't be allowed, then technically people wouldn't be allowed to use GM, MMF (or MechaSource) or whatever to enter the competitions. You yourself used that one physics engine in some of your entries, for example.
