Sorry for having an opinion.

i'm sorry for jumping on you but i know your history of expressing your opinions much longer than necessary >>;

i don't want to read your thoughts that it's "hilarious" when you critique others artwork and then others jump on you because they think you're wrong... i don't even want to read a debate. i want to read your critique.

the other people shouldn't have jumped on you on your opinion but you kept trying to defend your opinion for half the next page and restating the same things. you should have just left the topic after everyone jumped on you. you made your opinion a page ago and that's what i wanted to read

Now for your crit. i admit that the pose is a little awkward.. i've been drawing for a little over a year and im not that great. ^^; i need to take a figure drawing class. thanks!

Cute, but the lack of nose really bothers me. Her hands also seem waay bigger than they should be. Even with the perspective.

With the slightly turned angle of her head, she should at least have SOME sort of a nose. Without a nose her face looks really flat.

There are websites devoted to providing a plethora of pose references (hnnngh, unintentional alliteration is terrible), and drawing from basic shapes (i.e. imagining the arm as two cylinders connect by a spherical ball joint) might also help with your endeavours.

Also, to add to what Raie is saying, the fingers seem a little implausible. It's respectable that you tried to draw the "creases" of the knuckles on the fingers, but it seems like you just placed them in arbitrary intervals on the fingers. Again, using a reference (specifically for hands) and/or trying to draw your own hand may help with this. Or, alternatively you can draw the hand as a conglomeration of simple shapes, but personally I think that's more hassle than its worth.

Not sure -- actually, the link is from a post Ashura made quite a long time ago, but I don't regularly use it myself.

I usually use my own hand or Google image search to find appropriate references to what I want to draw.

That is if I use references at all.
