Another GameFAQs question

Earlier this summer, I wrote a strategy guide for BS (Broadcom Satellaview) Super Mario Challenge 3, an obscure game that didn't have a game data entry for GameFAQs. You can't submit a guide for games that don't have a game data page, so I submitted one and included a several links to the few sites that mention this game. However, they rejected the game data submission, saying they needed to include game data for all four parts of the game.

My understanding is the game has four seperate releases, about a week each apart. The one I played (and the only one I could find anywhere, whether through ROMs or eBay) was BS Super Mario Challenge 3, which included portions of the Super Mario All-Stars Giant Land and Sky Land. Did the other releases include parts of other worlds?

By the way, I also submitted this guide to Neoseeker.com, which didn't accept it.
