I don't know what to say ~~****~~ bro. That's one crazy laptop. Doesn't let you install anything and then craps out. I would say just refresh it back to its factory state... but that would call for backing up EVERYTHING on you laptop.

deleted the profile, now whenever I pick Firefox, I get an error message about how the proccess for FF is still running and I need to close it to open a new window

I checked my proccesses, it doesn't seem to be there

hell, I restarted my computer
