He seems to have disappeared from the internet due to college. Deebs isn't cheating with color limits though. Her sprites fit into the Genesis limitations.

he's light's twin brother that everybody but him knew about because they sent him to live at wammy's house
he starts off with the shinigami king's death note, (it can kill anyone even without their face or name), ends up becoming shinigami king (with an everything note and a man thingy as big as two buses) and then travels back in time for no reason

it's on a cliffhanger right now

These stories are to damn confusing, the art style is pretty cool though. I may buy this, just for that panel, Imiss Ixis Naugus or however you spell it, he was the man.
