Group: Members Posts: 543 Member No.: 4674 Joined: 8-November 07 Status: (0d)	It's so funny all the people jumping to conclusions about homebrew when the vast majority of brick cases are coming from people who HAVEN'T modified their Wiis. Also the problem lies not with the Homebrew Channel but with the fact that the 4.2 update overwrites boot2, and if ANYTHING happens while it's doing that, then the Wii WILL be bricked and you can't do ** about that, because it's bricked in the ing boot process. Not even Nintendo's recovery discs can fix that. The only reason they even dared to do something was because of Bootmii, and that is only installed/used by a mere fraction of the already tiny homebrew crowd. Point being, shut the flying ** up and stop assuming that the people complaining about this are only those with "hacked" or "pirate-ready" Wiis, or w/e you call homebrew to make you sleep at night. --------------------

No wii got bricked or anything of sorts. honestly I think its just mass hysteria and the ones who did have HBC on lied to say they never modified their wii before and it bricked. --------------------
