HELP FINDING OPENING A TREASURE CHEST IN TP

the birds have absolutely nothing to do with the chest and arent even near it, they're just in the same section, they're near that big ledge that has a hole you can crawl through in wolf form

and yes ive killed them all, they drop ruppees for you after killing 'em
