I haven't tried the actual minigame, but from what I read, yours doesn't seem to be an enhanced version. I'm hoping you'll expand upon it later.
Some issues:
- When Mario is being controlled, it's really awkward, as you'll constantly zig-zag with him. If you can, add some friction/acceleration, so it looks smoother.
- Mario only has to touch the block to consider it a point. Should probably fix this, and make it so Mario can only hit the bottom of the block.
- For the most part, the challenge only gets difficult when you hit 25, considering how you have ample time to set yourself up, and the block moves a bit slow.
So yeah, try to make movement smoother, make it harder to hit the block by only allows points if you touch the bottom only, and fix the idea so it's closer to the original.

| QUOTE (mrmario @ Oct 5 2009, 06:23 AM) | BUT: I doubt im "going overboard". |
| QUOTE (Rules) | - The minigames must be enhanced versions of existing minigames from the Mario universe (that means Yoshi and Wario are included), like Wanted (Super Mario 64 DS), or Mansion Patrol (Super Paper Mario), or even any of the Mario Party minigames. - You can add as many new material to the minigames as you wish, but don't go overboard! - Make the new content fresh, creative, and exciting. Not just something like a Mario Bros. clone with more enemies. Come on, you can do something better than that.
|
Is it enhanced? Not necessarily. Did you add anything new? For the most part, no. Was the content fresh, creative, exciting? If you haven't played the Jump Helmet minigame, then possibly. But if you have, no. >.>
