seems like a typical gi joe movie; i mean, the plot wasnt all that deep; but that's not what the movie was made for because it was made for EXPLOSIONS AND ACTION!!!

Didn't see it, seemed lame, didn't look like the GI Joe I liked from when I was little, so there for it is not GI Joe.

But it was ****ING AWESOME

All I know is that Siena Miller as the Baroness equals hot

I kinda get freaked when the snake bit that dude, then the zoomed into his boodstream cause 1: Snakes kinda creep me out and 2: My worst fear is insides.

What's awesome about G.I.Joe that unlike Transformers, it realised that it was A ****ING KIDS PRODUCT AND THEREFORE DIDN'T TRY TO CATER TO A DEMOGRAPHIC WHICH WOULDN'T EVEN LIKE TRANSFORMERS

The whole movie was well done

Unlike Transformers

Funny because GI Joe is clogging shelves while ROTF's toyline already out-sold Armada, which sold even more than the original 80's toyline.

GI joe was ****, the difference is that the director made more calls to critics than Bay, therefore he got less bad reviews

except that he forgot nobody really gives a **** about critics and his movie bombed in comparison to ROTF anyway lol

Both were excellent IMO

Depends on the standards you go by

If you go by the critic/teen that read critics and thinks he knows **** view that EVERYTHING MUST BE A WWII WITH SUFERING JEWS AND TOM CRUISE, both were brainless juvenile movies made to sell toys.

If you go by the fun and commercial factor, which is IMO what should matter in the Entertainment industry, both deserve at least 5 oscars.

If you go by the technical view, ROTF still beats the crap out of everybody in the world because it was the first film that actualy got actors to touch the pyramids and blow up ANYTHING near 'em, first 2 hour long blockbuster to be made in so little time, biggest explosion near real actors in history and many other Guiness worthy feats.

While GI Joe was low-budget cheese that is just that, cheese
