Does anyone here know a good site or some sort of good free tutorial on creating web pages with the languages above, or at least separate tutorials for each thing? --------------------

It has a whole bunch of tutorials for a load of different web languages, it's probably the only one you'd ever need!

online documentation, and all that; never need anything else

EDIT: don't forget some light javascript to add responsiveness and **** to your page, but don't go overboard or firefox users won't be able to use it because they'll have javascript turned off due to all the gay sites that block you if you're not using internet explorer

Personally I'd go with w3schools for the basics and use php.net as a reference if you're not sure about something specific.

w3schools is a lot more beginner-friendly.

Essentially. It gives you the basics, but if you want to search a function, go to php.net.
