too is used when your talkin about actions in stuff.

two is used when your talking about places and locations

only weak to two things.

and steel/ghost has three that are completely ineffective.

um

you could always cancel their evo and do it later? he didn't say they evolve by levelling up; pikachu and others evolve under controllable conditions
