I also made a drawing of him not as a baby in that bugman suit from my earlier drawing but I never got around to add the lines and color in photoshop like I did here. Said drawing can be found in my scraps.

Said video game's mechanic is mostly a 3D platformer. Think of it as a Mario 64/Banjo-Kazooie homage. But I have a few ideas to make it more different from the two. For one I have a different idea for how to access the ability to fly freely in each of the worlds. I don't know if going into detail about how it works in public is a good idea just yet.

Anyway this dude isn't really a rival more so just someone Jazley doesn't get along too well with sometimes. They're not competing for anything in the long run.

He added those wings to his flight training pack himself. With them he can glide through pleases he's not allowed to actually fly (as long as he takes off from a high enough spot). Though something like that wouldn't be used in three panel gag comics much it'd be perfect for a video game...
