Various avant-garde bands also do this, but it's much more chaotic than what was posted.

The first time I listened to this theme, I ****ing loved it.

Shame that the theme they'll use in the real Super Smash Bros. IV probably won't be nearly as cool.

this doesn't even come close to being a master hand battle theme

but it could fit in a smash game like brawl where they have so many styles you can't just say something is "not smash"

but it's not master hand.

It sounds to me like it mixes MIDI technology with sampled melodies; the violins in particular don't sound MIDI

You can do that in FruityLoops or any other "professional" composition software, so ...
