Using C-media AC97 audio device

Yesterday, i reformatted my computer and had re-install everything. Audio device included.

Doesn't work, might be damaged or something.
I've downloaded the driver but i don't know what to do with it. Any help?

uh...install the driver? usually they come in a form of an installer.

if you tried that, go to device manager and uninstall the audio device, then reboot
