I done this one 90% Gimp 10% MS Paint so I could be alot more flexible with shading and detail. Not that I wanted to overdue the detail, perhaps I should practice a bit more in this style.

Yeah spose to be some sort of robot Sword as a world two boss, but I still haven't got around to asking him If I could use his ref (But I know he will end up reading this). A boy was really good at video games with incredible reflex and dexterity so scientist put his brain inside a sword fighting robot to fight in the war.

Still got a long way till starting the production of this game, so w/e.

Shading is good, lack of curves is not. :/

If you use the path tool, you can create smooth curves, so I recommend you mess around with that.

Unless I completely ignored the fact that you wanted it to look pointy.

Yeah, I mainly screwed up the larger objects like the paints with the pointy effect.

I got a few techniques for smooth curves, but they involve still using MS Paint outlines, but that's not really a problem. I shall look into this path tool, it might really save my ass.

Nice style, but the left character's far right leg appears to be backwards.

Knees are completely turned against eachother in a defencive stance to complement his glave. My only regret is I drew the foot so poorly it hardly exemplifies that and its a little unrealistic for him to be taking a strike in that stance.

Here's a rough idea of the second playable character.

Goodness I wanted to draw a automata mage summoning a clockwork dragon but the designs are so vague in my head putting them on paper might end badly.

Thinking of something like Mermillo plate armour (the kind of mage could atcually rig the armour to enhance there ability, instead of slowing them down) blended with some more casual fashion.

I dunno, but I did get a dude willing to help me with the music.
