The only thing that bothers me a little are the teeth, though, they seem kind too inconsistent, and it's hard to tell what part of the mouth they're coming from. Doesn't help that the mouth part is so dark, though, so I don't know if you could really fix that. To be honest, I couldn't make much sense of his teeth and mouth area from the reference, either, so I just kind of fudged it.

It's just pencil plus a little bit of Blur filter in PS to get rid of the graininess. I think it took, um... maybe six hours? I rarely keep track of the amount of time pictures take me; if I did, I probably wouldn't always find myself drawing up until all hours of the night and never getting any sleep.
