try firefox or chrome; it's a problem with your web client not accepting information

I really don't want to change browsers due to this computer is shared with the family and they just might delete firefox or any other browser anyway. I was able to get on fine before the crash so any other help?

Number one, that's your problem. Internet explorer messed up and isn't accepting the data. I'm suggesting trying another browser to see if it works in that, and it will either be fixed or we can come up with another solution.

Number two, firefox and chrome are infinitely better than explorer anyways (which I wasn't going to play that card, but yeah)

Why would they delete it?

Unlike MFGGers, people not fluent with the internet are often scared of things that are not stock standard.

Stupid, I know. headslap.gif

I do think we need to find a solution based on Internet Explorer in this situation because of this unfortunate arrogance.
