.NET Framework keeps on aborting the instalation, I think my computer is ****ed up anyway

WORRRRD UP! Group: Members Posts: 930 Member No.: 4185 Joined: 29-July 07 Status: (0d)	My computer crashed and I wanted to get Paint.net back and but it said I need .NET Framework 3.5 or highers in order to use Paint.net. So I went install it and then I reached the installing part after the downloading part. Two minutes during the instalation, it claims to find a error and then deletes all installed stuff and aborts. I tried other .NET Framework version and got the same results. Can I get some help?
