Edit:Be a bit more neater, it looks like you just sprayed purple where ever you thought the shirt was, if you look closer, it's actually mostly all hair and it looks really wacky now. |
Basically it's just gaussian blur, hence why it looks glow-y.
Thanks for the criticism, guys, I'll practice more in the future.
