Flash exporting gif problem, problem

I'm at the umpteenth attempt to finally upload to YouTube the first episode of Super Mario Bros: The Animated Series.
This time I've tried to export it as a gif and a wav, and join them together in Windows Movie Maker. But, the problem comes when the audio is one minute longer more or less, and I can't make the video longer because if I do so, it starts repeating in the timeline. What can I do?
By the way, I don't know if it would go better if I exported it as a png sequence, but then I would need to import frames one at a time and it would take too much space in my laptop.

you can "resize" the audio in wmm

just click the edge and drag it to the end of the video

Yeah, but the fact is that dragging it to the end of the video cuts the audio, it's still desynchronised but now it stops when the video does.

Now I've seen what happens: the audio is well, but when I export the gif, it is aproximately one minute shorter (though I can see until the end of the video, it seems to be shorter).
Please someone tell me how to make a good gif export without making it an image sequence.
