Flame Battlefield, Site idea

In most forums, flaming and flame wars are generally discouraged or removed. My idea is that there should be a website where people go to at their own risk and basically hold flame wars. What do you guys think?

But people should have the right to fight somewhere. Just because you don't want to see any fighting happening anywhere doesn't mean everyone should stop for you.

Well think about it. If all of the violent people were in one state, then no violent people would be in all of the other states. And the same goes to internet fighting, all of the trolls would go to one site, and they would leave all of the other people on the internet alone.

I never said everyone had to stop for me. I was simply stating my opinion.

I thought that was for trolling. Not flaming. There's a bit of a difference. :S

And it's not that bad of an idea. It gathers several flamers into a confined space where they can act like bullies freely, without bothering the people who don't necessarily want to be bothered by flamers. I say it's a good idea.

Oh, and yes. If they want to act like bullies freely, then they go to 4chan's /b/, where they can do that anonymously.

Not really keen on 4chan related sites. I looked at one and couldn't understand how to post. I feel stupid now. :S

that wont work. the trolls of the world would never knowingly go to a site where there are just a bunch of other trolls, just like murderers wouldn't go to a town filled with murderers. both like to prey on the weak, which they would not find amongst their own kind.
