Mario Bros., update the arcade

Wow.

M&L style is TERRIBLE. It has outer AA. You even messed up recolouring. You messed up the transparency. The fly is not the correct one, nor is the Koopa. The pipe lacks many features and has the wrong perspective. You simply upscaled sprites, with no attempt at large scale pixel art. The background is a solid colour. The title and border is completely changed.

I would not be able to tell that this was a recreation of the cover art without telling me.

Needs more work, but its a good start.

What the hell. How much time did you spend on this? Either way its noooooo good (Say you didnt spend much time, thats lack of effort. Say you did spend alot of time, says that you have issues)

All you did was recolor (poorly), copy paste, and put it up here. I mean, making a simple re-draw in modern SMB style would have been better AND easier.

all i did was just a fun QUICK project not looking to be high quality, just a recreation, and not even an exact recreation, more or less just similar.

second, ok i just NOW noticed that the pants on luigi and the green on the shell creeper were f-ed up. i'm gonna go fix it right now. sorry

third, it's not bad considering. Private Investigator Drei and Mike Shinoda there was no call for your comments.

Where is it where small things like this aren't allowed in the arts board?

We aren't dicks, we're truthful. Drei and Mike had every reason to comment in that way. What you have here doesn't require much effort. It's recolored and minor edits. I'm sure it was for fun. Just don't post it here.

so how do I share it with people who won't rip it apart? and I'm assuming that some if not most of the MFGGers who realize it was a minimal effort "just for fun" thingie I did, will appreciate it as such, so how do I share it with them?
