Music Competition #18, The Winds of Change

I'm really happy I finally got to win one of these competitions. It was a tough contest due to the few entrants but everyone did a pretty good job.

Anyways, for this contest I couldn't think of a really good theme, but then I got this idea. Since it's the fall, and the trees are changing and stuff, I figured why not have a theme that is all about changing.

Basically what you would need to do is have a song that is something like:
- A happy melody then ends up being sad .
- Or something like a gnarly satanic explosion of sound that turns into a calming piece .

This should give you a great big ol' palette to work with. Feel free to think of another type of chang, don't be limited to those examples!

Time frame : Oct 25th - Nov 25th I guess so we can get voting the week before the holiday season and a contest going for December.

Sounds good to me I guess.

first time making music, so don't expect much (or anything)
so far, it has a weird begining, creepy middle, now I have to make an average finish

Don't forget, this competition is about a month long. There's probably more you could do than a single day's work. :S

But yeah, I'll think about joining. Maybe something hymnical, but then it ends off devilish.

I know, right now it's really uh...cruddy. I'll add more instruments to make it sound more like it changes

I use MIDI and I have a few gold badges to show for it.

I wonder how I go about asking when I get my badge.
