If you've been making a fangame with C/++ you might have heard about
Shay Green (Blargg)'s Game_Music_Emu; if you aren't familiar with it, head on over there and have a look.
Having been unable to find a DLL port, I went ahead and built one. It's fairly incomplete, but there are enough functions there to implement Red Sphere's music system.
Lemme know if anything breaks. (if you don't have a C/++ compiler and the SDL dev libraries, the most you can do is run the GME Music Player.exe in the example folder)

Alternately, you can humiliate me by linking to an existing, complete copy of the DLL, which I have been searching for.
