Nah, I'm from America (just like the flag colors). My mother used to travel a lot, though, and would bring a ton of foreign stuff back with her, though. She brought back a bunch of kinder eggs and... yum yum yum.

yeah, my German teacher has some that she got on trips. she has one that's like four times the size of the regular ones.

Well, keep in mind that they are, like, 2 inches tall max...

But to me, thats not a con but a pro, because that means they are easily portable.

(I fit them all in this little plastic container with room to spare!)

Nothing, IMO.

GC is for discussion about more serious things, while the CCC is pretty much a place for misc. topics.

It's like you would make electricity illegal because you can hold a piece of wire with your bare hands in the power outlet and die because of the voltage.

Yeah it's stupid, but I think there's a bit more incentive because they're generally geared toward children (kinder is German for child if I'm not mistaken) and children are the most likely to choke on the plastic capsules. But that doesn't mean competent, intelligent people shouldn't be able to enjoy them.

You are most certainly not mistaken. On topic, I think I saw something like this in Tesco's recently.
