well actually it was announced in 95 for N64 and was slated to be a launch title. then it was delayed into 97. then delayed into 98. then delayed into 99 before they canned it then in 2001 they re announced it for Gamecube

Yeah.

I didn't like Ultra that much. I thought for years that making a title portable years after its release would make it better, maybe adding new features.

When this game came out, and I played it, this opinion was shattered beyond belief.

So, I just try to get the older titles and not care much about kirby no more.
