Keyloggers can be found with a program that displays all of the processes on your system (Windows' default task manager does not display everything; programs can hide.) Run a google search on unfamiliar process names until you find a believable-looking site that tells you what it is; there are a couple databases set up for this purpose. If one of them is a keylogger, end the process, find the executable, and delete it.
If he has a program that runs through your browser, you can probably just install another browser. In particular, I don't think you can even monitor through Opera, since it has a low feature set for the sake of memory usage.
If you're on a router and he has set up the router to tell him where everybody on the network is going, you cannot do anything about it unless you can break into the router, which is unnecessary if you're not doing anything illicit on the Internet anyway.
The only way to be absolutely sure you keep him from monitoring your actual system remotely is to disconnect all of the Internet connection cables on your computer and disable any wireless adapters before you do anything. This will prevent you from accessing the Internet, but the only way he can possibly see what your system itself is doing is if he walks into your room and looks at your screen while you're doing it.
