Uh, don't celebrate just yet.

This only helps to fight cancer. And only in the throat/stomach. It's by no means a cure.

Although, with a bit more research, who knows?

Not surprising.  Who's to say that the curry will target and kill only cancer cells?

wouldn't people like... die from eating curry all the time if it killed just any cells

oh man, i love posting this stuff on facebook and getting in debates about how since it's not on FOX, it cant be true

oh america, you never cease to disappoint me

I think that even if it was 100% proven to cure cancer, the United States news media would debunk it or find something wrong with it for fear of people not putting money towards cancer research.

...

I know that's an incredibly idiotic and uninformed opinion but I wouldn't put it past them.

If you guys didn't know, they've actually had a cure for cancer since 2004. The problem is that it messed with your Epigenome(chemicals that control your Genetics), so it was considered unethical and could not be used, even though the people it was tested on had no side-effects. At all.

Source right now please.

I don't think it's on the internet, but it was in a documentary on the science channel last month.

Nevermind, I found some articles. Here's a few:
http://epigenome.eu/en/1,36,0
http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/nova/genes/issa.html
Yeah, it only cures some cancers, but any cure is a great cure.

See, "only cures some cancers"

"helps fight cancer"

blahblahblah basically it doesn't "cure cancer".

Cancer's very nature makes it something you don't ****ing cure. You don't "cure cancer lulz!" any more than you "cure a fatal error in a piece of software that cripples an entire system".

That depends on the error, and the only truly effective method to "cure" cancer and code errors is to avoid them in the first place, which is far easier to do than to magically "cure" whatever is already there.
