Love

Romance =/= love, basically. Romance is a way to make someone feel good and get an emotional high, really. In the end, it either ends completely or the two wind up in a "deeper level of love." Romance and such are all components of a successful relationship, though.

Look, no offense, but we've done this a load of times before. I really doubt that you'll figure out what 'love' is this time, especially since we're not exactly the best at explaining it or the most experienced.

Well then, explain it.

Philosophers have debated it for millenia, but apparently Raie has the answer.

There's just a difference between that in love! But good relationships have a nice combination of the two plus lust.

See, people are debating these words as if they have concrete meanings. They don't.

The only fact you can really count on is the fact that "love" isn't magical. Just as there is no such thing as a lucky person, only a person who gets lucky, there is no such thing as "falling in love with someone." Only loving them.

As it was so poetically put earlier, the word "Love" is a verb. It isn't a noun.

I wouldn't go that far, but mine might be.

I can say it doesn't exist, because it doesn't make sense to exist.

Unless you believe in a God, in which case it would be pointless to debate this with you, but magic doesn't exist. There is no magical force that tells you "THIS PERSON WILL WORK OUT GREAT FOR YOU."

I do believe in love, which may not "exist" from a scientific standpoint but is a very powerful force between two people

and i'm not saying it's magic, but you do get a sense of who you belong with after a while

This is funny, since anyone who experiences it says the exact opposite.

It's an opinion and so it's biased due to past experience and ideologies held by the person giving it.

Have you ever been in love before?

Yet when you put this logic in other scenarios, it doesn't work at all.

For example, I submit to you that it is possible to levitate using only your mind. You can't say it doesn't exist, because you've never done it.

Except people can't levitate anyway, so that's a bad example.
