If at the end of the interview they ask if you have any questions

ASK SOMETHING

If they ask for your SIN, say you don't have it, or you're not comfortable giving it out.

Not to sound like bad news, but it probably won't go well even if you do well.

There's so many people looking for jobs, and there are many other people who have done jobs before that would be more likely to be picked for something.

Doesn't mean you shouldn't try to do well though.

HANDSHAKE and EYE CONTACT

If they don't offer to shake your hand, offer it to them
firm handshake, keep your elbow still but not stiff or floppy

If he's getting an interview, they obviously liked something about him.

The handshake thing, mentioned by Pip.

Dress for the interview as though you're working there, but try to keep it looking nice either way. (fast food restaurant, a simple pair of khakis and a collared shirt would work, for example)

Ask questions if they ask if you have any, as mentioned earlier.

Keep your attitude positive and stay happy throughout the whole thing! Don't let them think that you think you won't get it, as confidence is something that any good employer looks for.

It is important to note that there is such a thing as too strong an eye contact. Be sure to not lock on to their eyes and give some pondering looks to the side.

You can be seen as too aggressive otherwise.

This is going to take years of practice, but one day I dream of going into an interview and just staring at the person without saying a word and seeing how long it takes before they ask me to leave.

DON'T ask if they kill people (I swear it had a followup in my mind).
DON'T go in with red eyes.

Or, DON'T go in when you were at a birthday party the night before and got two hours of sleep and didn't find out you had the interview until two hours prior.

Dress nice, shave, haircut if possible. Eye contact, don't ask about pay, ask something when they ask if you have any questions and be friendly. Be as likable as possible. Also, be persistent. After the interview check in every few days to ask if they made up their mind or just show up to shop, just make sure they remember you. Try to think of impressive words to explain meaningless things. Say you are good at "problem solving", meaning you could get a manager for help when a problem arises, or that you are "proactive" because you'll look for something else to do.

And if you don't see any, ask for some. If they say no, grab a stack of papers cluttering their desk, and throw those out.

A very important rule!
And don't dress like you'd go to a wedding (suit) except you go to a serious business like gaming banking or something.
