Charles Martinet is my new Hero.

Well if that was him, he got a number of questions wrong. To start with, he said he did the voice of "the guy with the axe" in the Return of the King gamecube game. Assuming he's talking about GIMLI, someone else did that character's voice, and I don't know of any other guys with axes he could be talking about. He also said he had never been in an episode of ER. According to the IMDB, he played a character named Eddy in one ep.

I don't really know what all went on in the chat with him, but from what I've been told, he did eventually prove he was really Charles Martinet. But you can hardly blame people for being skeptical at first, especially when a number of the answers to questions he was asked at least SEEMED to be incorrect (if that was really him, obviously he'd know better than I would about the things he was asked).

Whatever, who cares, you should all feel bad.

I don't, cuz I didn't flame him and I talked about my favorite Mario games afterwards, said I liked Yoshi's Island and he told me he liked Baby Mario.

I really wish I could have talked to him. Being a conformist in my ideas I was origionally soubtful at first, and being cynical in my thoughts that also attributed. But now I've come to the point where I've thrown all of my nature of disbelief and... well, am sad. I understand that in this community disbelief rouns abound, seeing as how people often pretend to be others with new accounts, someone is sarcastic every other post, someone jokes about something they don't mean, people say they get hurt in electrical fires.
It really develops us into people of disbelief. It turns us into people who would never buy a lottery ticket - people who would never make that leap, ski down that big hill. Who'd get a desk job and accept the norm. But it's a small world. The grass is always greener but the fence isn't really all too high. We can see the grass-we can reach the grass. It's not that the fence is too high but it's that people have just never tried to climb over it.
The standards of disbelief and the norm - why people don't vote, why people don't enter contests, don't walk up to famous people because they're nervous - it's because people set this standard themselves, that things will happen, I mean nothing and I do nothing. And it's the one thing that everybody actually does! Except for rich and famous people - they decided to try and jump the fence and found it only to be a foot high!
But maybe the world needs to be this way. Maybe we need to have a bucket full of sad people who never cross the fence so all of us that make the jump can have ample ammounts of greener grass. I dunno, but I do know that I am going to e-mail him, and try to cross bounds that only my mind creates.
I just wanna say one more thing - it's funny how people think that they can't make a difference. But by doing that, by thinking that they are. Everyone who thinks that is making the world a much more shy, secluded, and self-revolving place. And I can't say that I haven't - what I won't start saying, what I won't liekabout for the rush in my mind, what I won't do to someone to make someone else happy - in the end it kills me. I succumb to everyone's wishes - I just need to start realising that it's not just me who can do this.

I'm quite sad really I wasn't here for this. I would've loved to speak with him. I can see how some of you being doubtfull in it actually being him, but flaming? Isn't that a little over the top.?

Whoa?

What happened? I missed something awesome, didn't I?

We all got invited in some chatroom, which was created by Retromario (???). Retromario invited someone called cmartinet. Ofcourse, because it was Retro who invited him, it was hard to believe that he would be the real one. In fact, why would he get on an instant messenger in the first place? So, after 2 hours, we finally found out it was the real one. It's was pretty funny, actually. Though everyone who cussed at him, kept annoying and yelling at him, feels pretty dumb right now. XD

Tho, I mostly "flamed cussed ect" at retro :P
